The Credit Interchange Division (CID), operating as a cooperative venture among PESA member companies since 1955, facilitates the confidential exchange of up-to-date ledger experience among its member companies and divisions. CID currently maintains a database of over 50,000 ledger entries on nearly 10,000 existing and potential customers.
CID provides secure Internet access to its credit database as well as phone-in service. The internet-based service provides increased connectivity, functionality and ease of use to those members who utilize CID to assist them in the effective management of their receivables.
CID membership is available to PESA Industry Member companies who maintain a distinct credit department.
