PESA's 18th Annual Foreign and Civil Service Officer Energy Industry Training Session is scheduled for July 26-30. One of the highlights of this unique, week-long session is a membership dinner honoring the participants.

Come and meet the government representatives from the US Departments of State, Commerce and Energy who are in Houston to learn about our industry and meet with our members.

Dan Pickering  founded Pickering Energy Partners, Inc. in 2004, which combined with Tudor Capital in 2007. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Pickering served as Head of Research at Simmons & Company, International. He also gained buy-side experience with Fidelity Investments and industry experience at ARCO Alaska, Inc. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Chicago. His presentation at this year's dinner is titled "Energy – So Many Issues, So Little Time."
