Chris Cragg

Oil States International, Inc.

Chris Cragg is the Senior Vice President, Operations for Oil States International, Inc. and also serves as President of Oil States Energy Services. He previously held numerous other roles with the company, including Vice President, Tubular Services; President of Sooner Pipe and also Chief Financial Officer of Sooner Pipe. Chris has been with the company since 1999. Prior to his roles with Oil States, Chris served in various positions with Ocean Energy, Inc., an independent oil and gas exploration and production company; Cooper Industries, a manufacturer of diversified products; and, Price Waterhouse, an international public accounting firm.

Chris is a director, a member of the audit committee, and serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Powell Industries, Inc., a company that manufactures and services electrical energy systems. Chris is currently serving as Chairman of PESA. He received a B.B.A. degree from Southwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
